Terms and takedown

Plasticky3D is an online 3D printing service in Singapore. Last updated 15 October 2026.

1. Your right to print the model

By submitting a file or link you confirm that you own the design, or that its licence allows a printed copy to be made for you by a paid print service (commercial use where the licence requires it). Many models on MakerWorld, Printables and Thingiverse are licensed for personal or non-commercial use only. If you are unsure, check the model page or ask the creator before ordering.

2. What we do with your files

Files you upload or import are used only to inspect, slice and print your order. Quotes that are not ordered are deleted within hours. Ordered files are kept until the order is finished and then removed. We do not publish or share models.

3. Quotes, payment and delivery

Prices are calculated from a fresh slice of the plates you select. Payment is by PayNow using the order code shown after you place an order. Printing starts once payment is confirmed in your WhatsApp or Telegram chat with us. Colours are matched to the closest PLA in stock and may differ slightly from the preview. Delivery details are arranged in that chat.

4. Responsibility

You are responsible for the models you submit and for having the necessary rights. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears to infringe someone’s rights, is unsafe, or breaks the law.

5. Takedown requests from creators and rights holders

If you are a creator or rights holder and believe a model was submitted to us without permission, tell us the model link and what you would like done. We will stop any related order and remove the files promptly.

6. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, with IP anonymisation turned on. It does not identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.

7. Third-party sites

MakerWorld, Printables and Thingiverse are separate services and trademarks of their respective owners. Plasticky3D is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
