3D printing FAQ
Quick answers about prices, files, colours, payment and delivery.
How much does 3D printing cost in Singapore?
We charge 3 cents per gram of filament plus S$2 per started hour of print time, plus S$2.50 tracked delivery per order. For example, a 40 g model that prints in 1 hour 20 minutes is about S$1.20 + S$4.00 + S$2.50 = S$7.70. You see the exact price before you order.
How do I get a 3D printing quote?
Paste a MakerWorld, Printables or Thingiverse link, or upload an STL or 3MF file. We slice the plates you select with our production settings and show the real filament weight, print time and total price in about a minute.
What files can I upload?
STL and 3MF files up to 50 MB, or a link to a model on MakerWorld, Printables or Thingiverse. Multi-plate 3MF projects are supported, and you choose which plates to print.
Which materials and colours are available?
We print in Bambu Lab PLA (Basic and Matte) in 21 in-stock colours, from Ivory White and Charcoal to Plum, Marine Blue and Mandarin Orange. All colours are the same price.
Can you print multi-colour models?
Yes. Colours in your 3MF are read automatically and matched to our closest in-stock PLA, and you can change any colour before you order. Prints can use up to 4 colours.
How do I pay?
After your quote, you get an order code and a PayNow QR for the exact amount. Pay in your banking app, then message us your order code on WhatsApp or Telegram and we confirm and arrange delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Singapore with tracked shipping at a flat S$2.50 per order.
Where can I find a model to print?
Browse MakerWorld, Printables or Thingiverse and paste the model link, or upload your own STL or 3MF. Please make sure the model licence allows a paid print.
